These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, services, plant hire arrangements, equipment sourcing, bookings, transactions and business dealings conducted by PrimeRoute. PrimeRoute acts as a plant hire sourcing and management service and may fulfil customer requirements through approved third-party suppliers, hire companies and contractors.
Quotations & Availability
All quotations are provided in good faith and remain subject to availability, confirmation and any applicable supplier requirements. These terms shall prevail over any terms put forward by the customer. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
Whilst every effort is made to meet requested delivery dates and times, these are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding site access, delivery requirements, ground conditions and intended use of equipment.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment shall be made in accordance with the terms stated on the quotation or invoice. PrimeRoute reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any booking where payment remains outstanding or where reasonable concerns exist regarding safety, compliance or contractual obligations. Cancellation charges may apply where equipment, transport or services have already been arranged, reserved or dispatched.
Hire Period
The hire period continues until an official off-hire number is issued to the customer. Equipment supplied through PrimeRoute remains subject to the operating requirements, safety instructions and conditions of the supplying hire company.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any equipment is operated only by suitably qualified, competent and authorised persons. Customers shall be responsible for the security, care, daily maintenance, fuel costs, and safe use of any equipment during the hire period. Customers must maintain adequate hired-in plant insurance to cover the full replacement value of the equipment against loss or theft.
Loss, Damage & Indemnity
Any loss, theft, damage, accident or incident involving equipment must be reported immediately. The customer shall indemnify PrimeRoute against all claims, damages, and costs arising from the use or presence of the equipment on site.
Liability
PrimeRoute accepts no responsibility for delays, losses, additional costs, business interruption, loss of profit or consequential damages arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including supplier delays, equipment breakdowns, transport issues, weather conditions or force majeure events. PrimeRoute shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of its services. Liability, where established, shall be limited to the value of the services supplied by PrimeRoute in relation to the relevant booking.
Data Protection & ICO Registration
Personal information submitted to PrimeRoute shall be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. PrimeRoute is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as required by law.
Acceptance & Governing Law
By accepting a quotation, placing an order, making payment or engaging the services of PrimeRoute, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Machine Condition
PrimeRoute confirms all machines are inspected, fully fuelled and in full working order prior to departure. Machines are delivered ready for work. The hirer agrees to return the machine in good condition with a minimum of 25% fuel. Any shortfall below 25% will incur a refuelling charge.
Hirer Responsibilities

Equipment must only be operated by suitably qualified and competent persons. The hirer must maintain adequate hired-in plant insurance covering the full replacement value of the equipment.
